1. Information we process / 我们处理的信息

• Account information: your email address, password hash, account creation time, and the version and time of your policy acceptance. 账户信息：您的邮箱、密码哈希、注册时间及同意政策的版本与时间。
• Service metadata: session tokens stored as hashes and timestamp-only usage records used for security and rate limiting. 服务元数据：以哈希形式保存的会话令牌及仅含时间戳的使用记录，用于安全和频率限制。
• Website technical logs: server access logs may contain IP address, browser, requested URL, and timestamp. 网站技术日志：服务器访问日志可能包含 IP 地址、浏览器、访问 URL 和时间戳。
• Assistant requests: your question is sent to the configured AI model provider to generate a response. The ZeroCore application does not persist the conversation text in its local account store. 助手请求：您的问题会发送给配置的 AI 模型服务商以生成回复；ZeroCore 的本地账户存储不保存对话文本。

2. Why we use information / 使用目的

• to create and secure accounts, authenticate access, and record policy consent; 用于创建和保护账户、验证访问及记录政策同意；
• to provide, protect, and rate-limit the Business Assistant; 用于提供、保护及限制 Business Assistant 的使用频率；
• to investigate abuse, meet legal obligations, and improve service reliability. 用于调查滥用、履行法定义务及提升服务可靠性。

3. Sharing / 信息共享

We share assistant questions with the configured AI provider solely to generate responses. We may also disclose information where required by law or needed to protect the website, users, and rights. 我们仅为生成回答而向配置的 AI 服务商传输助手问题；如法律要求或为保护网站、用户和权利所必需，也可能披露相关信息。

4. Retention and security / 保存与安全

Account information is retained while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward where needed for security, legal, or operational purposes. Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes, and session tokens are stored only as hashes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. 账户信息在账户存续期间及为安全、法律或运营需要的合理期限内保存；密码和会话令牌均以加密哈希形式保存。我们采取合理安全措施，但任何在线服务均无法保证绝对安全。
